We care about the satisfaction of our customers and put the expertise of the Internal Technical Area at their service, which in collaboration with them deals with the design and development, both as regards the technical aspect and the simulation of deformation of the articles using FEM software , and for the choice of the most innovative materials to improve performance in every field of application.
DIES AND MOLDS
Professionalism and research, for the development of new solutions
Dies and molds are entirely made in our internal workshop, so as to be able to guarantee immediate control of the processes and rapid times.
PRODUCTION CENTER
Internal production, rapid times and total control
In our production centre, the innovative systems, the extrusion lines and the high-tech rubber and plastic material molding machines guarantee control, precision and efficiency throughout the production process: from the design to the creation of dies and molds, to the extrusion and moulding.
SAFETY AND QUALITY
Efficiency in every stage of processing
All items made by our company are subjected to process and product checks through internal Technical Specifications, Product/Process Data Sheets drawn up for each production lot and the related Control Plans.
In 2015, to demonstrate to our customers effectiveness and efficiency in managing our organization, we certified the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
